Photography has been Diane’s life-long career and passion. Through the years she has worked as a photographer in the newspaper, advertising and wedding fields before finding her calling as a portrait photographer.

She has a degree in Photojournalism from the University of Kansas and has invested many hours in continuing education, going for multiple week-long seminars with well-known portrait photographers around the United States.

In the past she won awards from the National Press Photographers Association, the National Advertising Federation and the Florida Professional Photographers Association. In fact, she was the first place winner, in high school, of the Kansas Scholastic Press Association photography award! Plus her photography has garnered high scores in Florida Professional Photographers annual competition.
